What is the cutoff time for same-day shipping?Updated 2 years ago

We strive to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. In almost all cases, orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. Orders are processed in the order they are received. In instances where parts are backordered, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as backordered items become available.

Please note that there may be instances where some orders, even if received before the daily shipping cutoff time, may ship the following business day. All expedited orders (UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day) will ship the same day they are received. For large volume orders and orders that ship via palletized freight, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

USPS Priority Mail disclaimer: USPS Priority Mail is NOT an expedited shipping service (the postal service does not guarantee 2-day or 3-day delivery) and should not be used as a substitute for guaranteed shipping method, such as UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day. No shipping refunds will be provided for "late deliveries" via USPS Priority Mail.
