Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you need to cancel an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer support as soon as possible [[email protected]]. When contacting our support team, please reference the following information:

  • Your order number (this number can be found in the order confirmation email)
  • The email address that was used at the time of order (if different from the email address used to contact support)

Once we receive the emailed cancellation request, we will make every attempt to pull the order from our shipping department. Please note that we attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and we may not be able to cancel an existing order if it has already been packaged up and/or has already left our facility. 

If we have already shipped your order and you'd like to return some or all of the items from your order please visit our automated Returns Center.
