Can I edit or change my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you forgot to add an item or need to remove an item from an already existing order please contact us with as soon as possible via email [[email protected]]. When contacting our support team, please reference the following information:

  • Your order number (this number can be found in the order confirmation email)
  • The email address that was used at the time of order (if different from the email address used to contact support)
  • The item(s) and quantity of the item(s) you'd like to add or remove from your order

We will do our best to pull the order from our shipping department and make any necessary changes. If the order has already been packaged up and/or has already left our facility we will not be able to make any changes. Please note that we attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and we may not be able to edit or cancel an existing order.
