How do I return an item or an order?Updated 2 years ago

Our 24/7 automated Returns Center makes returning items easy! Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). To begin the return process please visit our RETURNS CENTER. To process a return via our Returns Center you will need the following information:

  • Order Number (order numbers are 7 digit numbers that begin with 2- and formatting in the following way: 2-XXXXX)
  • Email Address (this email address is the address associated with the order when placed via our website)

Your order number can be found in the initial order confirmation email received at the time of order, as well as under your customer profile on our website. If you cannot find your order number or the email account associated with your order please contact us: [email protected]

Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender. All returns received after the 45 day window will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. International orders are not returnable for any reason.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. Incorrect products or orders received due to an error on Ace Race Parts' behalf will be eligible for paid return shipping.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR A RETURN

  • Used, modified, or installed items
  • Clearance items
  • Discounted items (excluding Wholesale customers)
  • Discontinued items
  • Products or orders shipped to an international address
  • Custom items
