How do I return an item or an order?

Our 24/7 automated Returns Center makes returning items easy! Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable).

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the way our internal accounting system works we are unable to offer an "exchange" in the traditional sense. If you would like to return an item or an order please visit our Returns Center to initiate the return process.

My order is missing an item, what do I do?

If your delivered order is missing an item please be sure to double check the shipping label and see if the missing items might be in a second box that has yet to be delivered by the carrier.
