Can I exchange an item?Updated 2 years ago

Due to the way our internal accounting system works we are unable to offer an "exchange" in the traditional sense (you ship us the return and we ship out the new item using the previous amount paid as a credit towards the new order). If you would like to return an item or an order please visit our Returns Center to initiate the return process. Once we receive the return at our warehouse we will inspect the return and then issue a refund back to the credit card, PayPal account, or crypto wallet that was used at the time of the transaction. An email notice regarding the receipt of the return and the refund will be sent to the email address on file. If a new item is needed, a new order can be placed via our website.
